One hour, 60 minutes $225
Longer sessions possible, based on availability. Fee is prorated.
Intake appointment with parents only, $225
60 minute session with child and parent $225
30 minutes with child and parent $140
Consultations with parents or other service providers (scheduled as needed), $140 per 30 minutes
Current participants in SE training’s or current students/interns in an MFT, PhD, PsyD or LCSW training program, scheduled 12:30-3:30 pm, based on availability.60 minutes $165.

Check, cash, or credit card due at the time of service. I also accept HSA/MSA (health savings accounts).
I can provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance. You would still pay for each session at the time of service. Statements are provided monthly.
You can contact your insurance company before we work together to find out what your plan will cover. They will need a procedure code: 90837 (60 min. of psychotherapy) and my zip code, 94040.

To maximize the benefit of this work, I recommend that clients commit to once a week appointments. It works best if we set a regular appointment time to meet each week. As things progress, you can begin to reduce frequency. Length of treatment varies by individual and is based on many factors..
